Kennedy Capital is a licensed Business Broker. Kennedy Capital collects enrollment applications, offers and negotiates corporate transactions and services.
Kennedy Capital Laboratory Database is an administrative platform providing service providers the tools to easily search, accept and receive B2B laboratory services entirely online.
You apply directly with Kennedy Capital. Kennedy Capital controls the contracts displayed, service providers and reporting. Kennedy Capital has relationships with capital partners who are responsible for making a final decision of services provided.
You agree not to remove or modify any copyright or other intellectual property that appears in the Kennedy Capital website. You will not use the functions and tools available within the website for resale.
You agree not to use the services Kennedy Capital provides in any way that is unlawful, or harms Kennedy Capital, its service providers, suppliers or any other user. You agree not to distribute or post spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or similar communications through the website. You agree not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or entity.
These Terms of Use do not provide you a license to use, reproduce, distribute, display or provide access to any portion of the website on third-party Web sites. You release Kennedy Capital, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from all liability related to any and all claims and demands you may assert against any third party arising out of the website and it's offering.
